Ratings carry platform, value, scale, count, url and checkedOn and are never blended. ## Versioning and refresh The dataset version is the observation cutoff plus a content hash, so two downloads with the same version are identical. Records are re-checked weekly for paid programs; each change appears in [updates](/updates/)and the [RSS feed](/updates.xml)with its date.
